We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
• Cancellations or reschedules made more than 12 hours before your appointment will not be charged.
• Cancellations or reschedules within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged 25% of the service total. Please call or text to come to resolution.
•No Call/No show will result in 100% charge of service.
I Do allow a 15 minute grace period if you’re late. You will need to notify me prior to your appointment time.
